Goal/Purpose

Franchisee insurance costs have been rising for years - and rising faster than any other line item on our P&L.

As a result, the DFA and the Insurance Committee have partnered to evaluate solutions.

As a first step, we are conducting a independent study, free to the franchisee's, to determine the feasibility of alternatives. In addition, this study will provide those who participate, which we hope is everyone, a better understanding our risks and ways to better protect our bottom line and the brand.

Step 1 - Request Your Hired/Non-Owned Auto (H&NO) Losses

Obtain your electronic loss history (or loss runs) specific to Hired and Non-Owned Auto. If you do not have access to these, you can click the button below for a sample letter to complete, print on your letterhead, and send to your insurance company(s).

Step 3: View The Results
